How can we help?

For help with your account, plans, check-ins, deals, or a privacy request, email support@getoutly.app. Include the email on your account and a short description of the issue. Never send your password.

Delete your account

In the iOS app, open Profile, choose Settings, then select Delete account. This permanently removes your Outly account without requiring a support request.
